The excellent customer service. I reviewed six vehicles and the salesman, Mr. Carlos Oppert, helped place me in the right vehicle, the Nissan Rogue, that meets both my expectations and price range. It was a real pleasure working with him. I also appreciate Mr. Oppert and Bondy's Nissan follow-up after the purchase.
The helpfulness, the lack of high pressure sales tactics and the lack of "bait and switch" tactics were very refreshing. All the people at the dealership were very friendly and helpful. Overall, just a wonderful experience!

When I was getting into my Nissan I saw a small amount of grease on the floor mat and on the carpet, the sales person assisting me was excellent and he took care of the smear immediately. My salesperson Ryan Garcia was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He took his time to answer any questions I had and was very thorough. Ryan was by far the best salesperson I have dealt with in my years of buying vehicles and will continue to use him at whatever dealership he will be employed at.
This is the 4th vehicle I have purchased from Al Dollar @ Bondy Nissan. One was purchased sight unseen for my daughter. I would call them VERY trustworthy to be able to call & make a deal on the car over the phone, and have your daughter LOVE the car.
I liked the Bondys Nissan Web Page for internet sales. It was well presented and accurate to the inventory that was on the sales lot.

I liked that the sales person let me test drive two different vehicles alone without coming with me unlike alot of other dealerships who rode along with me. It allowed me to feel comfortable about driving and allowed me to get a feel on how the car drove.
