Bondy's Nissan COVID-19 Policies & Procedures

First and foremost, we want you to know that we value the health and safety of our customers and staff. As a business, Bondy's Nissan is taking the extra steps necessary to maintain a healthy and sanitary workplace while still meeting our customers' needs.

We continue to monitor information from state health authorities and the CDC for their guidance and recommendations on how we can help to prevent the spread of this virus.

This policy contains outlined procedures for handling common "touch points" around the dealership, employee interactions with customers and sanitation of touch points and other high traffic areas.

Sales:

1.   Sales department personnel will try, at all times possible, to maintain a proper distance between themselves and customers.

2.   Customers have the option to test drive a vehicle on their own without a salesperson to reduce distance. A driver's license is REQUIRED for this to occur along with the cell phone number of the customer. 

4.   Bondy's Nissan is working diligently to procure necessary cleaning supplies to clean and sanitize all areas necessary.

Service: 

1.   Service department personnel will try at all times possible to maintain a proper distance between themselves and customers.

2.   Masks have been supplied to employees who wish to wear them if they so choose.

3.   Vehicles are being sanitized before and after service personnel are inside the vehicle

4. The customer lounge is being reduced to only accommodate 5 people in the room at a time. Other chairs and a table have been set up outside (weather permitting) so those who are more comfortable being outside can wait for their vehicle outside.

5. Contact less drop off is available as well, for customers who wish to drop their vehicle off and not wait for it to be serviced in person.
