Bondy's Nissan COVID-19 Policies & Procedures

First and foremost, we want you to know that we value the health and safety of our customers and staff. As a business, Bondy's Nissan is taking the extra steps necessary to maintain a healthy and sanitary workplace while still meeting our customers' needs.

We continue to monitor information from state health authorities and the CDC for their guidance and recommendations on how we can help to prevent the spread of this virus.

This policy contains outlined procedures for handling common "touch points" around the dealership, employee interactions with customers and sanitation of touch points and other high traffic areas. 

Sales:

1.   Sales department personnell will try at all times possible to maintain a 6 foot distance between themselves and customers. If this is not possible PPE (personal protective equipment) should be utilized when handling items, paperwork and mutal "touch points" when possible.

2.   Showroom side doors will remain locked to minimize "touch points" and help keep the main entrance sanitized more often. The front door to the showroom will remain propped open to reduce the need to grab the handle (weather permitting)

3.   Customers have the option to test drive a vehicle on their own without a salesperson to reduce distance. A driver's license is REQUIRED for this to occur along with the cell phone number of the customer. 

4.   Bondy's Nissan is working dilligently to procure PPE equipment to clean and sanitize all areas necessary

5.   Signage will be placed in the lounge area limiting the number people allowed in the area at one time. (Limit of 5 people in the area at a time)

Service: 

1.   Service department personnell will try at all time possible to maintain a 6 foot distance between themselves and customer, if possible.

2.   PPE is being supplied to reduce the chance of employees and customers having interactions between surfaces and skin. 

3.   Vehicles are being sanitized before and after service personnell are inside the vehicle. 

4.   Main entrance door to service department will remain propped open to reduce the need to grab the handle (weather permitting).
