Hello everyone and welcome to Safety Saturdays at Bondy’s Nissan! My name is Breanna Bell, and I am one of the internet sales consultants here. My job at the dealership is to assist customers in any way that I can with their purchases and to make sure that they understand all of the amazing features of their vehicles. As your local Dothan Nissan dealer, we wanted to do a series on the latest safety technology that is standard on almost all models.*(not available on S model Versa) That includes all your favorites like the 2023 Nissan Altima, 2023 Nissan Rogue, 2023 Nissan Frontier, and many more. Since safety is an important part of a new car purchase for many of our customers, we wanted to have a place where you could go to find answers to all your questions.
During this series, we will explore the six safety technologies that Nissan refers to as the Safety Shield 360®. These features include Automatic Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection, High Beam Assist, Lane Departure Warning, Blind Spot Warning, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, and Rear Automatic Braking. According to Nissan, they have strategically picked each of these features to work together to “help assist and protect the driver all the way around the vehicle - 360 degrees”¹.
For the next few Saturdays, we will explore each safety feature, provide an easy-to-understand explanation, and tell you how it benefits you as a Nissan customer. Whether you are a current owner or someone exploring vehicles for your next purchase, these posts will give you a better understanding of the latest technologies available to you.
