Communication, Customer Focus, Product Knowledge. Previous sales
experience preferred but not required. Must be a High School
Graduate or GED Equivalent.
Preferred
candidate is someone who can handle multi tasking, be well organized
and have excellent typing skills. This position is responsible for
answering in bound calls, influencing & scheduling sales
appointments while notating all communication in software programs
and handling various customer service responsibilities in order to
set sales appointments to reach goals. Ability to perform light hand
activity work at a computer/telephone station in an office
environment necessary. Previous "up selling" or sales experience
preferred, but not required. Hourly pay plus bonuses, paid vacation,
401K with matching, BCBS Health & dental.
Skills/Qualifications:
Proficient computer keyboarding and navigation skills are required.
Willingness to rotate shifts, as needed. Candidates must have the
ability to learn in classroom, self paced and one on one situations.
Must be very courteous with a strong customer service orientation,
professional voice tone and communication skills. The position
requires highly dependable people with who can pay attention to detail
as well as good listening and responding skills.
